to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of employees, enhance team awareness and cohesion strength, on july 25th and july 26th, the staff from yangtze headquarter went to jilin chagan lake for sightseeing. at seven o’clock on july 25, staff gathered at company and set up a formal opening of the tourism of chagan lake.
chagan lake scenic area is located in the northwest of jilin province, within former gorlos mongol autonomous county territory, with beautiful environment and scene, rich in fish with more than 60 kinds of fish, become more famous by the tv programme named “tongue of china”, with the spectacle scene of winter fishing.
although the four-hour bumps, under the guide’s organization by playing the drum pass flowers and idioms solitaire game, the atmosphere inside the car slowly come alive, we gradually faded sleepy and became full of expectation for the following trip. unconsciously, the tourist bus has arrived at the chagan lake hotel. after having delicious meal and rest, everyone prepared for the afternoon activities.
physical skills competition --- fun games
at about 13 pm, the fun games organized by the company youth league branch kicked off. sports contains four games such as the rope skipping with a cup of water over head, the wolf came, imitate show and the tear name card. the game is divided into two groups, respectively led by the president mr. zhang zhongkai and deputy general manager mr. wang chunyang. in the rope skipping game with top cup over head, we do not care about the spilled water, with rapt attention to jump, in the link of wolf coming, physical strength and speed of response were tested, to fight a contestant players all spared no effort to run, imitation show link fully demonstrated dongsheng folk with special skills, the members of the two teams showed typical gestures to let the other contestants copy, such as eye, tongue, ears, high difficulty of push ups, super flexible yoga. the course of the game was full of laughing and we played well. in the last tear name card link, a colleague accidentally injured, president mr. zhang zhongkai immediately organized staff to escort her to a nearby hospital, three colleagues were willing to sacrifice personal entertainment and dining time to accompany the injured colleagues went to the hospital for treatment. after their safety to rejoin four hours later, let every concern heart put down. this incident once again showed dongsheng strong team cohesion, full positive energy was passed among staff, let every employee still keep in mind in memory. the fun sports will let everyone in the activities harvest happiness and value, to narrow the distance between employees, but also enhance the ability of teamwork.
delicious feast -- barbecue contest
the sky became gradually gray, the four teams used the ingredients and seasonings which the administrative department provided with their own oven to bake the foods. everything was ready, the barbecue contest started. each group would bake good food and put on the plate which is pasted on the bottom with different number, upset the order numbers, two judges selected from the four teams would taste and make comment about the flavor of the food. at last the third group got the first in this barbecue contest with good color and flavor.
to find out the most beautiful voice---dongsheng good voice
dongsheng good voice is one singer audition through the voice selection since the founding of the company. we chose four employees who are good at singing as a mentor, each teacher could choose three players as their students to be cultured. every contestant dedicated to singing, after the contest, every mentor all harvested three students. there were 12 players who won the qualification for the semi-finals, and the semi-finals and finals activity will be carried out in succession the next quarter.
