on the afternoon of july 15, yangtze department of harbin dongsheng company held the first phase training of the year 2015 for the new employees, involving new employees from three departments to participate in this training. the senior staff of the company strategic development department, sales department, administration department were invited to talk on the development of the company and the enterprise culture, products and customer groups, company policies, etc. they all made detailed introduction, and also invited the staff from financial dept. to answer questions from the new employees. after the meeting, the new staff was given the "employee handbook".
through this training, the new staff made a deeper understanding on the company's many aspects, to promote better and faster integration into the big family of harbin dongsheng.
