on july 27, harbin dongsheng metal company., seminar held the fifth wisdom seminar within yangtze department. this meeting summed up the first four times wisdom seminar topics and the implement situation.
president mr. zhang zhongkai gave more support in the implementation and ongoing issues such as the book corner held by pingfang plant. president mr. zhang put forward technical and managerial knowledge update quickly, so he gave 500 yuan to buy new books and encourage each staff in pingfang plant to learn new knowledge and master the latest state-of-the-art knowledge. as for the scheme of setting up “the best model prize”, “the best dept. atmosphere prize”, “the best leadership prize” and other 13 awards scheme, president mr. zhang recommended to have specific material rewards, to set bonuses for these prizes.
for the topics which are still put in place, president suggested the deadline date and nominated each dept. and staff to be responsible for these implementation. he encouraged each staff to participate in this brainstorming seminar, put up more suggestion and more solutions. for the unfinished topics within expected time, president mr. zhang found out his own reason and assumed the responsibility together with other three responsible persons, they bowed to apologize and handed over 200 yuan penalty.
through this wisdom seminar, all of us witnessed the outgoings of the first four seminars, many new regulations and projects brought out actual effect. the phenomenon of being late for meetings was missing because of the penalty regulation on being late for meetings. the meeting time was cut short by penalty regulation on organizer if there was session timeout, which
